The Skinny Limbs - Jade
Following the release of the Persistence music video shot in the summer of 2020, we knew that we needed to follow that video up with a bigger, better video from the same EP. The most recently released song, Jade (by the same name as the EP title), was the obvious choice.

We knew that it could be fun to play up the contrast between the dismal, frustrating occurrences of everyday life and the colors and vibrancy of this euphoric state experienced during the choruses. In this video, we follow Max Knoth, the lead singer of The Skinny Limbs, as he struggles through the monotony of getting ready for work. Things take a turn when he starts experiencing the symptoms of a drug-induced trip. During each chorus, we are transported to another dimension, an almost dream-like state, as the band performs in a mirage of color and optical distortions.
